A useful message gives us enough to reproduce the moment where the board stopped making sense. Questions about rules, visual issues, or a position in one of the guides are welcome.
How to report a board problem
Write to contact@plyyard.com. Include the page address, your browser and device, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. For a game issue, list the moves if you can, or attach a screenshot with the relevant stones visible.
Examples that help: a move that landed on the wrong intersection, a board that no longer fits after rotating a phone, a control that cannot be reached with a keyboard, or an AI response that appears after a game has already ended.
How to suggest a guide improvement
If a rule, opening example, or double-threat diagram is unclear, say where your reading diverged from the explanation. A concrete position is more useful than a broad request for “more strategy.”
We read messages, but this is a small browser project rather than a staffed support desk. Replies can take time, and we cannot provide private coaching or guaranteed analysis of every submitted game.
