Privacy Policy

Gomoku at Ply Yard is built to work without a player account. A game is played in your browser, and this page explains the limited information involved when you use the site.

Your board position stays in the browser

Moves, the current board, and the computer opponent run in your browser. We do not ask you to create an account, and the site does not provide a cloud game archive or a server-side player profile.

Some interface preferences may be held in your browser while you use the site. They are there to make the interface behave consistently on that device, not to build a player identity.

Normal delivery and security data

Like most websites, the hosting service can process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and the page requested. This information helps operate the service and investigate reliability or security problems.

The board does not ask for your name, payment details, password, or a social login. Please do not send sensitive information through the contact address.

Analytics

This host loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-89BRL81X1L) for aggregate traffic such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, browser, and referral source. It is not a replay of your moves, not tied to board state, and not tied to an account. You can play with analytics blocked.

Google’s privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Preference keys stored by this site are local to your browser, not a login cookie.

When you write to us

If you email contact@plyyard.com, your message and the details you choose to include are used to read, reply to, and resolve the issue you describe. Keep a screenshot, page address, browser, and a short sequence of moves in a bug report; those details are more useful than personal information.

If a future product feature changes what data is collected or where a game is stored, this policy will be updated before that feature is put into use.
